The ODD Witch

You can't ‘think’ your way calm

For when your mind won't stop spinning and meditation hasn't helped. Learn the language of your body and come back to yourself.

Maybe you know this feeling

You live in your head most of the time. You've searched outside yourself for the answer, again, when some part of you already knew that stillness was where it actually lived.

Your emotions feel like they're driving instead of riding along. The unknown feels unbearable instead of just uncertain.

You've filled your calendar so you don't have to sit in the quiet. You know there's something more for you. You just don't know what it is yet, or how to find your way there.

If any of that landed,

you're in the right place

What this actually is

This isn't about becoming permanently calm or perfectly regulated. Nobody lives there, and that was never the goal.

It's about capacity. The capacity to feel something without being consumed by it. To pause instead of react. To notice instead of judge. To hear your own body again, and trust what it tells you.

This work doesn't hand you a five-step plan for your next chapter. It builds the awareness and self-trust to find that chapter yourself.

Three ways we work together

TEACH - Understand Yourself

Talks, workshops, and free resources on nervous system literacy: what activation and shutdown actually look like, how to recognize your own patterns, and how to get out of your head and back into your body.

EXPERIENCE - Experience Yourself

Cacao circles, Cacao Workshops, and embodiment workshops built around breath, gentle movement, sound, silence, and co-regulation. Understanding something in your mind and feeling it in your body are two different things.

MENTOR - Integrate and Trust Yourself

Private mentorship for applying this to your actual life, not to create dependence on me, but to build a self-trust that doesn't need me anymore.

Recognition comes first.
